Refund & Exchange Policy

Zarehs has a strict no-return or exchange policy on all orders. All orders are carefully inspected prior to dispatch with photographic and video based internal documentation in order to ensure that your purchase is in perfect order.

Please note that if you receive any damaged product, it is due to customs or logistics mishandling the parcel during transit Zarehs deems no responsibility for any mishandling by any other third party whatsoever.

There is no refund or exchange policy as per customer's liking or disliking of the product since all outfits are made to order for our esteemed customers.

An exchange will only occur in the unlikely situation that we have sent you a defective or incorrect item, and only if the purchased goods is unused and undamaged by the customer. We will need to be notified within 24 hours of the outfit being delivered.

In case of refund or exchange we need to get the outfit back first. Customer will be liable to share proper evidence of defect or incorrect size before the return or exchange.

In case a refund or exchange needs to be issued, the customer is responsible to ship the parcel back to the brand. The shipping charges will thus be borne by the customer.
